[job_card.job_description]Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns Educate individuals and families on financial protection and planning strategies Offer solutions including life insurance, investments, and long-term care options Build and manage long-term client relationships Grow your communication, business development, and planning skills Structured onboarding and paid training Support in obtaining required licenses One-on-one mentorship with experienced advisors Access to full-time trainers and product specialists Marketing, technology, and operational support Completion of licensing and foundational training Confidence in client conversations and financial concepts Development of a growing client base Clear progress toward income and career growth milestones Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses Estimated total compensation : $50,000 – $75,000 in year one Full benefits available for you and your family Long-term income and career growth opportunities Must reside in the state of Iowa Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in a client-focused, relationship-driven career Willingness to obtain required licenses (training provided) Self-motivated and open to feedback and development
