Assembler / Deburrer

At WALCO Tool & Engineering, we build high precision components – and we rely on great people that take pride in quality and craftsmanship. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler & Deburrer to join our team.

What You'll Do :

  • Deburr and finish steel and plastic parts to meet blueprint and quality standards
  • Assemble machined components accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections and prepare finished products for shipment

What We're Looking for :

  • Experience with hands-on, detail-driven work (metal polishing, woodworking, auto body)
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and mechanical instructions
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability and ability to multitask
  • Ability to physically lift / push / pull objects up to 40 lbs.
  • Bonus – familiarity with packaging and shipping processes

  • $19-21 per hour, based on experience
  • 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
