Location : Home base in Geneva, Illinois, but also must float to all other PT / OT locations to cover (Algonquin, Aurora, Barrington, Elgin, Huntley, & Yorkville)

Status : Full-time (40 Hours / Week)

Pay : Starting at $19 / Hour

Summary

Responsible for assisting the clinicians with all of the administration of medical records and patient contacts. Provides quality patient services, assist the patient with information, provide all referral intake, verifications / authorizations and generally keep the clinic running efficiently, as your primary responsibilities. This employee will also assist in various administrative and physical therapy tech duties as necessary with licensed and trained PT, PTA, OT, COTA and / or ATC. This employee will float to all locations to cover PTO and leaves of absences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists, as needed, with receiving incoming telephone calls for clinic, obtains caller's name, and forwards call to appropriate person or takes a message.
• Greets patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner and provides information and assistance to them.
• Schedules appointments, orders supplies as directed by the Clinic Manager, maintains waiting room, performs word processing, assists with report generation, and other clerical duties.
• Regulates flow of laundry, as needed.
• Deals appropriately with co-worker or patient conflicts

Utilizes appropriate communication techniques for internal / external customers (everyone).
