  • Disfrutar trabajar en equipo con otras personas
  • Tener una licencia vlida de conducir (no es obligatorio pero preferible)
  • Capacidad para concentrarse en los detalles para limpiar profesionalmente una casa u oficina
  • Capacidad de llegar a tiempo al trabajo, ser confiable y constante

Responsabilidades de los limpiadores :

  • Trabajar en cooperacin con los miembros del equipo para proveer un servicio eficiente y oportuno.
  • Mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros clientes por medio de reconocer y responder a sus prioridades
  • Seguir el sistema de limpieza de Maid Brigade para proveer excelente servicio al cliente

    • Beneficios que se ofrecen a los limpiadores :

  • Ingresos estables y salarios buenos
  • Programa de entrenamiento pagado
  • Pago basado en $17 dlares
  • Paga entre $17 por hora dependiendo de la experiencia, bonos de productividad y oportunidades de propinas ($ 150 dlares en efectivo cuando completes tu periodo de probacin de 90 das)
  • Tiempo libre (Hasta cinco das por ao) y das festivos pagados
  • Horario flexible de trabajo solamente durante el da, no noches, no fines de semana, ni das festivos
