• Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
• Proven track record of strong productivity and efficiency
• Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise
• Ability to consistently flag hours in a fast-paced environment

What Youll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Handle complex electrical, drivability, and engine concerns
• Work closely with service advisors to maintain repair flow
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting efficiency goals
• Follow Ford factory repair standards and dealership processes
