[job_card.job_description]Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools. Follow the mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailing. Advise the Lead or Supervisor of all problems. Assembles machines with minimal guidance. Scans jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems. Follow all safety procedures in handling equipment and machines. Distinguish between parts and detailing. Must meet deadlines. What’s Expected
- 3 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Welding experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
- Strong attention to detail for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or basic equipment
- Safety-focused mindset — follow PPE and workplace rules
- Perform work independently and as part of a team
