We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of complex marine deck machinery and specialized handling systems. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from initial contract award through final delivery—ensuring all maritime and defense systems meet rigorous technical standards, budget targets, and delivery schedules.

This role takes full ownership of the delivery of complex shipboard machinery, managing everything from the initial contract to the final delivery for defense and maritime clients.

Project Leadership : Lead the entire project lifecycle, taking full responsibility for financial health (P&L), technical success, and meeting all delivery deadlines.

Customer Management : Act as the main point of contact for senior military and commercial clients to manage expectations and negotiate contract details.

Schedule & Planning : Build and manage the master project schedule, identifying potential delays early and creating solutions to keep the build on track.

Risk Mitigation : Identify technical or financial risks before they happen and develop backup plans to protect project profitability.

Team Integration : Coordinate work between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure the equipment is built to spec.

Strict Compliance : Ensure all work follows federal defense regulations (FAR / DFAR) and maintain security protocols for sensitive naval information.
