Where you'll be working :

Location(s) : Snohomish, WA

Setting : Clinic-based

Population Served : Children 1.5 - 18 years

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later) :

  • Provide consistent supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to maintain clinical excellence and ethical standards
  • Support a positive, team-oriented culture that values professional growth and continued learning
  • Participate in training opportunities and advanced skill development initiatives

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter) :

  • Caseload size : 9-10 cases on average
  • Billable hour expectations : Based on client caseload need

    • Compensation & Perks (real ones) :

  • Base salary : $80-105K
  • PTO
