Join Our Team as a Mobile Associate!

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-minded Mobile Associate to join our energetic and fast-paced team. This unique role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys stepping into new environments, and takes pride in delivering top-tier support wherever they're needed.

As a Mobile Associate, you’ll play a vital part in our daily operations by traveling to various client locations to provide on-the-spot coverage. Your adaptability, quick learning, and strong interpersonal skills will ensure that each location receives consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Coverage – 20%

  • Travel to company / client sites to cover staff absences, shortages, or project-based needs.
  • Coordinate logistics with the workforce management team to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and safety protocols at each location.

On-Site Support – 15%

  • Quickly integrate into on-site teams and align with local workflows.
  • Perform tasks efficiently with minimal onboarding.
  • Step into varying roles as needed to support daily operations.

    • Customer Service – 10%

  • Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Build positive client and team relationships at each location.
  • Respond promptly to questions, concerns, or requests.

    • Skill Adaptation – 10%

  • Flex between responsibilities as needs change day-to-day.
  • Stay engaged in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Apply your skillset across multiple functional areas.

    • Communication – 10%

  • Keep management updated on your availability, travel plans, and shift progress.
  • Collaborate with on-site leaders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any concerns or roadblocks proactively.

    • Problem Solving – 10%

  • Handle challenges calmly and constructively.
  • Offer quick-thinking solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Know when to escalate issues or seek guidance.

    • Training – 5%

  • Complete ongoing training (including via Cornerstone) to build your skills and knowledge.

    • What We’re Looking For

    Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in office services, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other tech tools
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
