JOB SUMMARY

The Office Clerk will be responsible for supporting company store operations, including handling point-of-sale transactions, managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the POS system to ring up employee purchases
  • Take inventory and stock games and apparel
  • Replenish orders from the online store
  • Pull games from the storage room
  • Create USPS and UPS shipping labels
  • Hang clothes and maintain store cleanliness
  • Greet all customers and provide friendly, approachable service
  • Perform tasks involving extensive standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and bending
  • Lift items weighing 50+ lbs with assistance

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of store operations
  • Experience with POS systems for credit card transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Physically capable of walking, lifting, pulling, and bending
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
