Internal Medicine MD

Our primary function is to offer continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision.

We service a multitude of patients and their families across our vast network, while remaining committed to the professional development of our staff, the functional improvement of our patients, and the cultivation of strong partnerships within our communities.

Responsibilities :

Manages patient medical care including diagnosis, treatment and follow-up

Maintains appropriate documentation on patient clinical records

Maintains office hours as negotiated, including evening and Saturday hours, as required

Participates in continuing medical education to meet standards of retaining license and Board Certification

Education / Experience :

Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy Completion of Accredited residency program

Certification / Licenses :

Unrestrictive Physician License through State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations.

Current State of Illinois Control Substance License

Board Certified or Board Eligibility

Current DEA certificate

BLS Certification
