[job_card.job_description]Assist your Lead Technician to inspect the property Will be trained to use highly advanced equipment to locate and repair water leaks Extend courtesy and thoughtfulness to all customers, remembering we are there to reduce their stress, answer their questions, and solve their problems Clearly communicate throughout the day with office dispatch, Lead Technician, and Technician Manager Availability : This is a full-time position with general working hours from Monday to Friday. Must have availability to complete overtime as required and have weekend availability Clean background check and clean driving record for insurance purposes Valid Driver's License Be self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently Preferred, not required : 2 years of hands-on experience in handyman, construction, restoration, appliance repair, HVAC, or plumbing preferred – exceptions may be considered! General knowledge of the fundamental concepts of construction – how a structure is built, how components work together, etc.
