Assignment Highlights : Location : Leominster, Massachusetts Start Date : ASAP – Ongoing Schedule : Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Call : Beeper call required (weekday & weekend rotation 1 : 5) Setting : Acute Care / Academic Teaching Hospital Practice Model : 5 MD / 5 CRNA Care Team – Supervision Model Average Daily Staffing : 3 Physicians, 5 CRNAs Late Room Coverage : 2 rooms until 5 : 30 PM; single provider onsite thereafter Facility Snapshot : Type : Not-for-profit, acute care, teaching hospital Beds : 152 Operating Rooms : 6 Endoscopy Suites : 2 Procedure Rooms : 1 Annual Case Volume : ~5,200 Environment : Academic setting with diverse specialty case exposure Case Mix : Specialties Covered : General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Minimal Pediatric ENT Not Included : No Trauma, No Cardiac, No OB, No Open Heads Techniques : General, Spinal, Basic Regional, and Neuro-Axial Anesthesia Physicians currently perform all epidurals, blocks, and regional procedures (CRNAs may be included as model evolves).
