Requirements

Must-Have : Extensive hands-on experience in Java with a strong background in designing and developing highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems. Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and Microservices architecture is required, along with solid experience in AWS deployments, application scaling, and EKS cluster management. Strong command of Git, pull request processes, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment practices is essential.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience building high-throughput, high-performance, zero-downtime systems. Strong skills in application performance tuning are required, including JVM tuning, memory profiling, deadlock analysis, and heap analysis. Deep understanding of customer-facing web application development, HTTP specifications, load balancing, and CDN concepts is expected. Hands-on experience with Java testing frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG, along with familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks, is required. Exposure to template-driven rendering and both client-side and server-side MVC architectures is expected, as well as familiarity with Splunk for system monitoring and troubleshooting. A thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, associated tools, Agile methodologies, and real-world production deployments is necessary, along with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
