Regional Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager for its Virtual Medical Team.

Key Responsibilities

Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify gaps in the VMT NP / PA organization

Create intervention plans addressing national, regional, and individual performance gaps

Partner with Regional Virtual Medical Directors to drive strategic priorities and manage national initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data

Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience with analytics tools, preferably focused on forecasting and staffing
