Locums Nurse Practitioner - Cardiovascular Surgery / Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgery - Camp Hill, PA Coverage Need - Start Date : 2 / 1 / 2025 - End Date : 9 / 30 / 2025 Position Details - Shifts : 36-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM) - Weekend Call : Every 2-3 weekends, Friday 5 : 00 PM - Monday 7 : 00 AM (calls from home, not in-house) - Responsibilities : - Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular surgery care. - OR first assist. - Some ICU floor time required. - Utilization of Marquet equipment. - EMR : Cerner system. - EVH (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting) and first assist duties. - Patients Per Shift : 2-4 patients. - Support Staff : 1 MA, 1 PA / NP, 1 office staff. - Credentialing Timeframe : 60-120 days. - Trauma Level : 2. Submissions Requirements - Active PA License : Required. - Board Certification / Eligibility : Required. - Clean History : Required. - Required Certifications : - ACLS - BLS - Required Documentation : - CV with detailed work history and any gaps explained. - Board certification and / or eligibility documentation. - Copies of active ACLS and BLS certifications. Skill Requirements - OR First Assist experience. - Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH) experience. - Ability to handle scheduled clinic hours plus call. - Weekend call coverage (every 2-3 weekends). - Familiarity with Cerner EMR system. - Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular surgery experience.
