Key Responsibilities
Review and prepare customer pay repair orders for compliance with manufacturer and state requirements
Calculate labor rates and parts markups, and submit warranty increase requests within deadlines
Maintain organized records and communicate with dealerships regarding filing status and updates
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools
Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and compliance guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
