PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meal preparation & clean up
Provides medication reminders
Light housekeeping & laundry
Works towards goals for ILS/IHFS clientele
Provides patient transportation to Dr. appointments, community activities & shopping
Documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid drivers license, car insurance and reliable vehicle.
Diploma or GED

Must speak English

Authorized to work in the U.S.
