Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required).
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or related fields a plus, but not required.
- On-the-job training may be provided depending on assignment.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely.
- Basic communication skills (verbal and written) to understand directions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and reliability – must be punctual and dependable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials (commonly 25–50 lbs; heavier weights with assistance).
- Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks and maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Flexibility to work in different industries based on staffing needs.
- Willingness to use hand tools, power tools, or equipment with proper training.
- Must comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability for various shifts, overtime, or weekend work as required by client assignments.
Other Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass background checks or drug screenings if required by the client.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
