Entry-Level Account Executive
Location: Roswell, GA (100% In-Office)

About the Role
We're looking for driven and enthusiastic recent college graduates to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Executive. If you're ready to start your career in sales, build real relationships, and be part of a collaborative team that values growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll connect with clients to understand their staffing needs and help deliver customized solutions that truly make a difference. You'll learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your voice and ideas are welcomed.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing goals.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Work closely with our internal team to develop creative, tailored staffing solutions.
  • Help companies fill critical roles by matching them with top technical talent.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and strategy.

Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A people person-you enjoy building relationships and earning trust.
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

A Day in the Life
  • Talk with clients to learn about their current hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft the best possible staffing solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and keep detailed notes in our CRM/ATS.
  • Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and work together toward shared goals.
