Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP, a premier Florida insurance defense trial law firm, seeks experienced Paralegals to join our statewide litigation defense practice in the areas of Premises Liability, General Liability, and Personal Injury.

Responsibilities :

• Locate and contact factual witnesses.
• Draft witness and exhibit lists.
• Organize and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Identify and coordinate with experts; assist in preparing hearing and trial notebooks; provide trial support.
• Conduct initial case investigations, gather facts, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery documents (interrogatories, requests for production).
