Position Summary
The EHS Coordinator is responsible for supporting and implementing Shermco Industries' Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within the Motor Shop environment. This role partners closely with shop leadership, technicians, and corporate EHS to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture. This role reports to the Wind & Motor Services EHS Manager.
Travel Expected : 5-10%

Safety & Compliance
- Support implementation and enforcement of Shermco's EHS policies, procedures, and programs within the Motor Shop
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses (JHAs)
