What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the overall security-related environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual conditions according to established procedures.

Work closely with clients, visitors, and other personnel to address questions and / or concerns while maintaining a professional presence.

Maintain awareness of the surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or activity to the appropriate personnel.

Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols regarding access control, visitor management, and emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
