BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Independence, MO areas. BAYADA caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. - Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments

Qualifications for our support professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
