What Does a Please Assist Me Package Assistant Manager Do?

Package Management : Managing an on-site package room. Duties include entering packages into the system, placing packages inside units, organizing the package room, and helping residents find their packages.

Managing Other Package Assistants : Scheduling shifts, finding coverage, and training new staff.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Must have previous warehouse and / or delivery experience.

Must be available either shift (12-4 Sunday and 9-7 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) or (Wednesday 2-7pm, and 9-7pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) with the flexibility of covering the opposing shift if needed.

Ability to follow verbal directions.

Ability to work well alone and with an amazing teammate!

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing the job at the highest level.

Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills.

Organized and able to follow a schedule.

Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; ability to lift up to 45 to 50 pounds.
