  • Superar las crecientes expectativas de nuestros clientes preparando el producto más fresco y brindándoles un servicio de primer nivel y una experiencia de compras agradable y gratificante.
  • Entablar relaciones con los clientes y mantenerlos informados con el fin de crear ventas.
  • Procesar, mezclar, probar y freír productos de panadería.
  • Mantener y organizar el área de almacenamiento de ingredientes de panadería.
  • Colaborar con la gerencia en la toma de decisiones, la dirección y la implementación a fin de asegurarse de que se cumplan los objetivos de operaciones y de ventas.
  • Proporcionar capacitación según sea necesario, a través de sus experiencias y conocimientos acerca de los productos.
  • Recibir, preparar, pesar, terminar, rebanar, poner precios, empaquetar, comercializar y almacenar productos según sea necesario.
  • Mantener las condiciones correctas del departamento (p. ej., estante, vitrina, piso de ventas, depósito, congelador, refrigerador, etc.).
  • Llevar un inventario y ordenar los productos adecuados de acuerdo a lo asignado (p. ej., en posición de stock, administración de inventario, días de disponibilidad, mermas).
  • Operar, limpiar y realizar el mantenimiento de equipos / maquinaria, herramientas y estaciones de trabajo.
  • Supervisar y dirigir el flujo de trabajo de manera periódica según se lo asignen.
  • Operar una caja registradora cuando corresponda.
  • Preferentemente debe tener experiencia en manipulación y / o preparación de alimentos perecederos.
  • Preferentemente debe tener experiencia en panadería.
  • Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
  • Capacidad para demostrar pasión por los alimentos mediante técnicas de ventas interactivas.
  • Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
  • Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
  • Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
  • Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades de la tienda.
  • Atención a los detalles, precisión, capacidad para establecer prioridades y realizar seguimientos.
  • Poseer excelentes habilidades organizativas, interpersonales y comunicativas.
  • Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas.
  • Debe tener 18 años de edad.
  • Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes, y debe pasarlas.
