Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System across global factories.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring strategic alignment and process compliance

Manage project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement

Establish KPIs, track project performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 6 years of experience managing large, complex projects

At least 3 years of digital transformation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments

Proven ability to develop and execute multi-site digital roadmaps

PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
