Interim Logistics Coordinator

A company is looking for an Interim Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Process shipping documents and coordinate logistics activities for domestic and international shipments

Manage inventory handling procedures and maintain records for stock movements

Compile shipping-related data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and experience with inventory movement

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in cosmetics, food, or nutraceutical industries

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain preferred

Strong knowledge of shipping documents, customs, and international trade compliance

Ability to work PST hours and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
