Position: Customer Relations Representative

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus commissions (higher end for candidates with prior financial services sales experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking a process-driven, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role focuses on inside sales, working with existing clients and leads rather than cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to engage in proactive conversations to drive sales within our existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing clients and leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct proactive conversations with clients to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cross-selling.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with industry trends and regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be fully licensed at start date or obtain required licenses within the first 30 days of employment.
