Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and verify payrolls and invoices
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts; resolve discrepancies
  • Post, check, and balance financial records
  • Assist with reports and data analysis
  • Use Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for accounting tasks

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in financial or statistical record-keeping
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and terminology
  • Preferred : Experience with journal entries and NetSuite
