PT Shift: Sunday - Monday, 2pm - 10:30pm

• Memory Care - day shifts 7 days per week

• Must be able to work at least one weekend day

Our Caregivers:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.

• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.

• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

If you are someone with:

• NCA/HCA current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.

• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver

• WA State Mental Health & Dementia Specialist Training preferred

• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

• Must have at least one year experience passing medications and knowledge of Emar and electronic health records

• King County Good Handler Permit or the ability to obtain

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
