Key Responsibilities
Own the full cycle recruiting process for various business and technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and manage the candidate experience

Required Qualifications
5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience
Experience in high growth technical / scientific research environments
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Experience managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously
