Director of MSSP Quality

A company is looking for a Director, MSSP Quality, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of the MSSP Quality program and inter-team coordination

Develop strategies for MSSP Quality performance and report to senior leaders on status and issues

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collective success and process improvement

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in relevant fields

Expertise in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably with the Medicare Shared Savings Program

Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels

Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures
