[job_card.job_description]Deliver direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinate nursing assistant activities to maintain high-quality care. Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents. Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals updated on any changes in resident conditions. Respond promptly to all emergency situations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Adhere to all policies and procedures and any updates. Exhibit compassion and empathy when working with residents.

Position Summary :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to residents and serve as a health resource within the community.
