Job Summary
This role serves as a strategic partner responsible for both accounting and financial analysis for a growing, investor-backed real estate development and investment platform. The position owns GAAP-compliant accounting, financial and investor reporting, and financial analysis across multifamily construction projects. The role works closely with executive leadership to translate complex financial data into insights that support growth, capital allocation, and investor confidence.

These skills will be used to :
Lead all accounting activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, audits, and tax coordinationProvide strong GAAP expertise and consulting across the business, while ensuring all operations and reports are managed in accordance with GAAP and Company standardsManage construction loan draws, lender reporting, and bank complianceOwn financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling for regular business planning processesProvide insights on risks and opportunities to leadership using data-driven analysisSupport investor reporting including financial models and pro formas, sources and uses, waterfalls, and return analysesBuild and manage scalable financial reporting and analytics processes to support portfolio growthSupport capital raising efforts by ensuring alignment between accounting records, investor models, and offering materialsPartner with development and construction teams to analyze feasibility, budgets, cost-to-complete, and return impactsRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA / CA preferred7+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility. Oracle ERP experience is a plusStrong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting expertiseExperience managing or reviewing investor models and return structures; Juniper Square experience is a strong plusMultifamily and / or commercial real estate development and construction accounting experienceJob Costing and Project Accounting Experience, especially in the construction industryStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsThe Value of a Career with The Fischer Group
