Position Summary:

We have partnered with a national healthcare organization to support the identification of senior operational leadership talent as the organization prepares for continued growth, system optimization, and service expansion.

This is an executive-level operations leadership opportunity focused on driving operational excellence across clinical and non-clinical functions while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Essential Functions:

• Provide strategic oversight of healthcare operations across departments, facilities, or service lines
• Partner with executive leadership to support growth initiatives, performance improvement, and organizational scaling
• Oversee operational workflows, staffing models, KPIs, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure alignment between operational efficiency and patient care outcomes
• Lead and develop senior managers and department leaders
• Support regulatory readiness, accreditation standards, and compliance initiatives
• Drive process improvement, cost containment, and system optimization efforts.

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or administration
• Experience in hospital systems, multi-site healthcare organizations, physician groups, ambulatory care, or post-acute settings
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and performance metrics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Executive presence with strong communication and change-management skills
