Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in the Cleveland suburb of Berea, Ohio provides short term, long term and specialized services to individuals needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. Our community specializes in providing services to specialized Behavioral and Mental Health populations as well as long-term and short-term rehabilitation. As a Housekeeper at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for those we serve, aligning with our commitment to excellence in care.

This position has a starting pay rate of $13.25 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist in the organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive environment.
