Digital Support Representative

Salary Range: $16-$20/hr. DOE
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview:

  Assist customers with account access, mobile app navigation, and online banking tools

  Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
  
• 
  Guide users through processes like transfers, bill pay, and account management
  
• 
  Communicate professionally with customers via phone, chat, and email
