Chief Of Staff

Blast is the first Ethereum L2 with native yield for both ETH and stablecoins, backed by industry leaders like Paradigm and Standard Crypto. We've rapidly established a strong market presence, securing $2.6 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL) with 3000+ teams building on Blast.

As Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Pacman, you will play a critical role in supporting operational, strategic and business development functions as well as leading and managing special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support with business development efforts with dApp and infrastructure teams building on Blast
  • Lead and manage our community team and triage user reports to engineering and product
  • Coordinate and manage internal operational projects and functions
  • Lead and manage special projects such as the organization of dApp competitions and events like the Big Bang competition
  • Travel as needed to SF, NYC, worldwide

  • Prior experience in tech, start-ups, consulting, or investment banking
  • Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the EVM landscape in particular
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized
  • Nice to have : fluent in Mandarin (both verbal and written), proficient in SQL, Excel, and web3 data tools like Flipside / Dune
