Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll operations for its U.S. and international workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end global payroll processing through Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee global payroll operations through external vendors, ensuring compliant processing across countries

Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of payroll experience with direct ownership of U.S. payroll processing

Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws and tax regulations

Experience managing international payroll vendors and multi-country payroll operations

Hands-on experience in Workday payroll or Workday-integrated environments

Experience supporting a scaling or high-growth organization
