Key Responsibilities
Own and develop annual multi-channel marketing strategies for corporate partners, driving communication efforts to meet individual goals
Analyze campaign and funnel data to generate actionable insights that improve engagement and program outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with client KPIs and optimize the learner journey
Required Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience developing multi-channel strategies in a B2C capacity
Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
Experience in adapting strategies to meet evolving client and organizational needs
Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
