Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager – Deployment Coordinator to lead the nationwide rollout of a large-scale practice management platform across a major . veterinary healthcare network. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and scalable deployment across hundreds of locations. The Deployment Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities that minimize disruptions and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deployment Planning : Develop and manage comprehensive deployment plans for thousands of locations nationwide, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Training, and Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of deployment activities.
• Testing Oversight : Ensure all required testing is completed during deployment to guarantee application stability and performance.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Track and resolve issues that arise during deployment, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and obstacles, implement mitigation strategies, and develop contingency plans to minimize downtime.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards throughout the deployment process.
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned to support successful rollout.
