What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions)

• Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to nursing or management.
• Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation, per policy.
• Support daily living needs, including :

Personal care

What You'll Need (Minimum Requirements)

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices)

Physical ability to bend, squat, push / pull, and kneel as needed
