Requirement description :

• At least two years of LTC, MS, SNF experience
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• MUST confirm that housing is researched and / or confirmed
• Covid Vaccine Required - Religious / Medical Exemptions allowed
• NO OT
• MUST have LARA and iChat account set up to run MI BGC and Fingerprints
