LCAT: Journeyman Information Security Analyst

Overview: S4 is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the USSTRATCOM IT Enterprise at Offutt, AFB. The ISSO will join a high-performing team supporting cybersecurity, RMF, and security compliance activities across multiple classified networks and mission systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ISSO functions in accordance with DoD RMF and cybersecurity policies
• Maintain and update system security documentation, including SSPs, POA&Ms, and RMF artifacts
• Implement and monitor security controls (NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, CNSSI 1253)
• Support vulnerability management, IAVMs, CTOs, and security remediation efforts
• Assist with security audits, inspections, and continuous monitoring
• Conduct weekly backups, account management, and routine security activities
• Support SAP personnel security functions (PASS II updates, PAR processing, indoctrination/debriefings

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access
• GSEC or Security+ certification
• Hands-on experience with RMF, A&A, DISA STIGs, and cybersecurity compliance
• Experience using tools such as eMASS and vulnerability management systems
• Ability to coordinate with system owners, government stakeholders, and technical teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Desired qualifications:

• One of the following certifications is preferred: CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Work Environment:

• On-site at USSTRATCOM HQ, Offutt AFB
• Standard Monday - Friday schedule; mission needs may require adjusted hours
