As a Remote Travel Planning Advisor , you will manage client travel requests, assemble customized travel arrangements, and ensure all services are confirmed accurately and delivered according to plan. This role combines customer communication, research, booking management, and detail verification within a structured remote environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to gather travel preferences and logistical requirements

Research destination options, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Secure reservations and verify all booking details prior to confirmation

Prepare organized itineraries and documentation for client review

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm service accuracy

Monitor active itineraries and manage revisions or adjustments as needed

Maintain accurate digital records within internal systems

Clear and professional communication

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
