The Opportunity
Super Age is a new consumer brand that is all about longevity, healthspan, vitality, and aliveness. Since launching we have grown to 1.1M subscribers on our flagship newsletter The Mindset. Our media operation has millions of datapoints about what our readers care about : clicks on all sorts of content, partner ads, affiliate products, and other breadcrumbs that we can use to segment and target them based on interest. We have a treasure trove of data that we are now working to use for commercialization.
We will soon be rolling out commerce, partner programs and immersions, and a major event series. We are seeking a Growth Lead to own the development of our marketing engine ecosystem, someone who can be the atomic core at the center of our commercial pillars.
In short, you will develop marketing plans – each a combination of owned channels (e.g. our newsletter & socials), paid channels, and partner / co-marketing campaigns – for each of our immersion programs, ticket registrations for our major event series, and our web store.
This is a strategic independent contributor role. This is NOT a "manager" role where you hire agencies. We need a full-stack builder who can devise the strategy and build the email funnels, write the ad copy, execute the media buy, etc. Once you have built the flows, as each commercial line grows, then we can look at adding leverage and resources so that the engine can scale.
You will report directly to Super Age cofounders and have direct working dynamics with executive leadership, functional teams, and our agencies of record. You will touch everything, and in doing so facilitate growth.
The "Goldilocks" Fit
- Too Senior : Someone who wants to immediately hire a team to do the work; someone who hasn't set up a pixel or written an email sequence in years.
- Too Junior : Someone who has never managed a budget; someone who needs a roadmap given to them rather than building one; someone who doesn’t know how to communicate with C-suite (internal & client).
What You Will Own
1. Organic Audience Growth (The Mindset)
Goal : Optimize and scale organic newsletter signups, via any combination of strategies and tactics.Execution : You will own the "non-paid" channels, and inform strategy on paid channels. This means developing and testing referral programs, developing quizzes and other high-engagement lead magnets, optimizing our content for SEO / Discoverability, and crafting viral loops that turn our 1.1M readers into evangelists who bring in new subscribers.Focus : 25% of time / attention / effort2. Activation & Revenue (Scalable Monetization)
Goal : Turn "Readers" into "Buyers" and Super Age superfans.Execution : You will own the conversion strategy for how we market (internally and externally) our Immersions, major event series (The Super Age Games), and soon-to-come E-commerce store.Reader / Buyer Journeys. You will design and optimize how reader / buyers work their way through our offerings, e.g. clicking on sleep content, to buying a nice mattress, to attending a sleep immersion weekend retreat program.Funnel Architecture : You will work with our editorial, design, and data teams to build the email automations and segments that nurture a new subscriber into a ticket / product buyer.Lifecycle Marketing : You will analyze data to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).Paid Media Management (Internal & Partner Campaigns) : You are the hands-on media buyer (primarily Meta, Youtube); you will either run these campaigns yourself or manage an agency of record who does so under your watchful eye.Internal Spend : Run campaigns for audience acquisition, event tickets and product sales. You own the ROAS targets.Partner Spend : Execute paid amplification for our sponsors. You must ensure their budget is spent efficiently and provide "white-glove" performance reporting that validates their investment.Details : In the first half of 2026 we will have 10+ immersion programs, 1 in-house digital course, 1 major event series, and a web store with 15-20 curated products. All of these need robust marketing programs, which you will design, perfect, and execute to sell out each offering.Focus : 75%How You Work : The "AI Force Multiplier"
To excel in this role in 2026, you must be neck-deep in AI tooling :
Creative : You use some effective combination of Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva etc to generate ad variations, copy angles, and visual assets instantly.Automation : You use tools (Zapier / Make) to connect our stack so you aren't doing manual data entry.Mastery . You should be using AI tools we have never heard of to create work that amazes us and helps us sell out our offerings at competitive marketing cost. You are constantly evaluating your stack in order to have optimal effectiveness.Requirements
Mission Alignment . You are on fire about longevity, extending healthspans, vitality, and helping people find personal momentum. You immediately get what Super Age is doing and are excited to help us make this company a massive success.Proven "Full Funnel" Experience : You have a strong track record of acquiring users (Organic / Paid) and monetizing them (Activation / Revenue), including “lifecycle marketing” within a community or audience.Paid Social Proficiency : You are comfortable managing $5k–$50k+ monthly spend on Meta. You understand custom audiences, pixels, and attribution. You know what you are doing and where the landmines are.Tech Stack Mastery : Deep proficiency and / or strong intuitive grasp of modern ESPs (Beehiiv / ConvertKit / CampaignMonitor), Analytics (GA4), and Ad Managers. [We have a proprietary ESP stack, but understanding the leading industry tooling is relevant in understanding the marketing machinery and data layers.]Commercial Fluency : You understand that "Growth" isn't just more subscribers; it's more revenue. You will delight in being measured on concrete and quantifiable commercial outcomes, i.e. on CPA; on ticket sales, bookings, purchases, etc.You can do this job from anywhere in the USA; preference for east coast hours and proximity to New York City, where our leadership team works.

Structure . Our plan for this role is to have it be full time, but we are open – and might be ideal – to begin fractional or on a contract / project basis to ramp into it. When contract / fractional and full time, pay will be a split between competitive base rate based on your background and performance bonuses based on milestones / outcomes.
