Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Shape sourcing strategy and provide talent market insights to leadership
Build partnerships with hiring managers and guide hiring processes to ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house for sales, marketing, or customer success roles
Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within relevant ecosystems
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships
Experience communicating equity compensation to candidates
