Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed by the crew.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of work completed, making corrections as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues.
• Facilitate training and development of new technicians to improve their skills and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools and equipment, ensuring readiness for upcoming jobs.
