Golden Years In Home Senior Care -

Golden Years is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic Business Development representative who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts- most importantly has a heart for elder adults.

The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)

  • Sales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree/Business Development

Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies. - Preparing internal and external documents

  • Managing marketing materials

  • Understanding of home care office operations a plus, but not necessary.

- Strong writing skills - Strong computer skills

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

- Self -starter and independent producer.

  • Social Media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary.

  • Highly organized / Polished Professional Image/ no ego issues and cannot be frustrated easily

  • Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to completing task

  • Base salary plus monthly residual commission based on billable hours.
